HUSKIES of the month
Ma r c h
THANK YOU to our generous sponsor, Amanda Jensen, of Amanda Jensen Edina Realty. As a parent of NLA students at both campuses and an area business owner, Amanda is excited to help us find Huskies that demonstrate success in the classroom but also a "Becoming..." mindset that makes NLA a welcoming place for all learners!

“NLA ended up being a great fit for our children, because of the smaller size they had opportunities to be known and be involved in extracurricular activities and sports teams that likely never would have happened at a larger school.“
- Amy Caron
Parent
"NLA to me is a fun, inviting, and supportive community! The teachers and staff make learning fun and make me genuinely want to come to school every day!”
- Brenna Theisen
Class of 2025
"Staff and teachers at NLA value the partnership with parents and provide a traditional learning environment like we grew up with. We love the culture and community feel. The open door demeanor from everyone and the family/community events make it such a pleasure to be a part of. "
