MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORTS

At North Lakes Academy, we believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment where students feel safe, understood, and empowered to seek help when needed.

Our goal is to provide resources and guidance to promote emotional well-being and to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act, and it's normal to face challenges from time to time. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, sadness, or just need someone to talk to, you're not alone. The husky community is here to support you.

To obtain mental health services or a referral to a mental health service provider, families should contact their primary care clinic, physician or insurance provider

School Counseling

Our counselors are available to meet with students individually or in small groups to discuss concerns, provide coping strategies, and offer emotional support. To schedule an appointment, visit [link to scheduling page] or stop by the counseling office.
